Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you buy from CC-Era Perfumes at cceraperfumes.com. Please read them before placing an order. If anything here is unclear, contact us on 059 632 7610 and we will explain it.

Who we are

CC-Era Perfumes is an online perfume shop based in East Legon Hills, Accra, Ghana. You can reach us on 059 632 7610 or at contact@cceraperfumes.com.

Our products

We sell original fragrance. Our range is mostly non-designer perfume from brands including Fragrance World, Avon, Chris Adams, FA Paris, Emper and Paris Corner.

We photograph and describe every product as accurately as we can. Packaging and bottle design occasionally change without notice from the manufacturer, so the item you receive may differ slightly in presentation from the picture.

Prices

All prices are shown in Ghana cedis (GH₵) and are the price you pay for the item. No tax is added at checkout. Delivery is charged separately and shown to you before you confirm the order.

We may change prices and promotions at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by email or phone, and we may decline an order if the item has sold out or we cannot deliver to your address.

Stock levels change quickly. If something you have ordered is unavailable we will contact you to arrange a replacement or a refund.

Payment

You can pay cash on delivery, or online by mobile money, debit card or credit card. Online payments are processed by Paystack. We do not see or store your card details.

Delivery

We deliver throughout Ghana. Delivery is free on any order of 2 items or more. For a single item it is GH₵20 within Greater Accra and GH₵40 to other regions. We will contact you on the number you give at checkout to arrange the drop-off.

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the courier and your location.

Problems with an order

If an item arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us on 059 632 7610 as soon as it reaches you and we will put it right.

Your account and personal information

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under it. How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
